Assignment 9 EDUC 6311

Please read chapters 5 and 6 of the “Socially Networked Classroom” book.  For Blackboard posting, please provide the link to your blog.

The point of interest in the chapters is how we recognize learning between the classroom and being connected to the Internet in many different ways, first a student who can use the Internet and find information and post it and talk about it online will also be able to talk about it and test well in the classroom which shows that there learning materials online to different processes or as a group project online that represents their understanding of the materials they are learning in classroom. The second point of interest is of about how can education be learning and entertaining at the same time? The fact is that teachers it from the beginning of time have to be at times an entertainer to keep the attention of the student. If we cannot keep the attention the student we have lost the battle of teaching them something new. So education at changed that much in some ways we're still looking for ways to entertain and excite our students to want to learn more and more materials become more advanced in education than we were at their age. So education has changed many but it has not changed from the fact teachers are entertainers and teachers are teachers!
